2. Deposits


Since a deposit is required to secure a service:


Deposits are non-refundable.


Deposits secure your appointment time and compensate for preparation.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling


Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ written notice.


Failure to provide a 24-hour notice results in forfeiture of the session fee.


No-shows are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
